
Instructions on how to use remote support
At the top of the page there should be a bar as below.

Right click with your mouse and select 'Download File'.
This is a file proviced by MendMyComputer to enable us to connect remotely
to your PC.

The browser will then refresh and you will be presented
with a box asking you to either Run', 'Save' or 'Cancel' the download.
Please select 'Run'.

Once the software has downloaded you will then be presented
with a box asking if you would like to 'Run' or 'Don't Run' this software.
Please click 'Run'

The MendMyComputer support software will now be loaded.
Please double click on the support agent you have been told to connect
to. The support agent will then accept your request and will then be in
control of your machine to assist you.
